Your immediate supervisor is one resource for discussing your concerns or answering questions. However, if you are not comfortable talking to your supervisor or do not feel he or she is the best person to address your concerns or questions, the confidential Compliance Hotline is available anytime. There is never any punitive action for calling the Compliance Hotline.
If you call the hotline, you will be prompted to leave a voicemail with your name and a brief message describing your concern. A member of the Bristol compliance team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Compliance & Ethics concerns may include areas such as:
- Medicare/Medicaid Fraud
- HIPAA Violations
- Theft and record falsification
- Kickbacks and bribes
- Inappropriate levels or duration of care
- Unethical behavior
- Harassment or discrimination
- Untrained or incompetent care providers
